TrafficRiderModAPK.pro respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects visitors to do the same. This page explains how a rights holder can report material on this site that they believe infringes their copyright, what such a report must contain, and what we do when we receive one. Reports are handled by email at admin@trafficridermodapk.pro.
Our Position on Copyright
This is an unofficial information site about the Traffic Rider game. The game, its name, artwork, sounds, and trademarks belong to skgames and their other respective owners; we claim no ownership of them. Text and page designs created by this site belong to this site.
If we have published something that belongs to you — for example a screenshot, an image, text, or a file — and you want it removed or credited differently, tell us. Removal requests from verified rights holders are acted on; we are not interested in keeping material that its owner wants taken down.
How to Send a Takedown Notice
Send your notice by email to admin@trafficridermodapk.pro with the subject line “DMCA Notice”. To allow us to act quickly, your notice must include all of the following:
- Your full name and, if you are acting for someone else, the name of the rights holder and your relationship to them.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed — for example, the name of the game, artwork, or publication, and where the original can be seen.
- The exact address (URL) of the material on this site that your notice concerns. A link to our homepage alone is not enough; we need the specific page.
- A good-faith statement: that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the way complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- An accuracy statement: that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.
- Your contact details (email address is enough, a phone number helps) and your signature — typing your full legal name at the end of the email is acceptable.
Notices that are missing the specific URL or the statements above cannot be processed until the missing parts are supplied; we will reply and tell you what is missing.
What We Do When We Receive a Notice
We review every complete notice. Where a claim appears valid, we will remove the material, or disable access to it, as quickly as we reasonably can — our aim is to review and act within 2 business days of receiving a complete notice. Where a claim is unclear, we may contact you for the missing information before acting.
Counter-Notice
This site does not accept uploads, posts, or comments from visitors, so in practice there is no third-party uploader whose material we would be removing. If, however, you believe your material was removed from this site as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same email address containing: your full name and contact details, the address where the material appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake, and your typed signature. We will review counter-notices and restore material where it is appropriate to do so.
Repeat Infringement
If material belonging to the same rights holder has to be removed repeatedly, we will review how that material reached the site and take steps to prevent it from being published again.
